Bore Bore Borefest.

Blah. Still chugging along with The Host. Its freaking longggg. But good so far I guess. Nothing amazing. But we'll see...

Reading Great Expectations and The Odyssey for wonderful CP English 9. Yeah, that class is pretty much torture to an accelerated reader like myself.

"So we are going to discuss symbols today class"

-Boo.

"What does is a symbol for love?"

-What the hell? Is this third grade?

"Alright, lets move on to setting!"

-You have got to be kidding me. Really..

High School is joy itself.

Ugh, I totally agree; I'm reading Great Expectations too. I think it's okay-ish, but compared to what we've read earlier in the year (Shakespeare!) it's boring. Mixed in with my superiority over my classmates... ;-)

THE HOST is one of my favorite books right now! But the first 100 pages or so are a bit slower than usually for Meyers. Stick with it, it should get better soon!

I like the concept of The Host, so I'm thinking about reading it one of these days. Not going to read the Twilight series though.

I actually really liked Great Expectations, but I was really bored by Odyssey. That went on forever and ever. Ugh.
