Yes, while this is rather grim, let's face it, the action is gone. I remember back in 2008 I was SO excited to start blogging and be in the spotlight, but i guess it just never happened.
As far as I can see, no one's active anymore. At least not very many of us are left.
And that makes me so sad.
This is one of the greatest parts of my adolescent life and it's sad to see it drifting away.
Someone please reassure me that it's not completely over...

Well my blog is alive and well if you ever wanna check it out. Also, I think if you would look around you'd find that the blog scene is booming. I noticed you aren't following a lot of blogs and that some of the ones you are following are becoming inactive which may be why you think things aren't doing well when in fact they are doing great. If you ever want some recs on really great blog to follow then let me know. :D

I agree with The Book Pixie, it's actually booming right now with tons of new blogs popping up everyday!
It's true that a lot of the bloggers who were active back in 2008 are gone now (I am still here!), but there are a ton of new blogs that took their place. And many of them are definitely worth checking out!!
This is very relieving. I'm glad I was just mistaken!
